Q. How often should I practice yoga?
A. We are free to practice yoga as often as we want. The best way to determine how often to practice is to ask ourselves the question while taking into consideration that we too require time to reflect on our own yogic experiences.
Q. Why do we meditate during the yoga session?
A. Yoga by definition refers to a uniting between the physical and the emotional. Therefore, when practicing yoga, we must consider exercising our mind in addition to our body.

A. Certain exercises can have adverse reactions. We must always ask ourselves if we feel comfortable when practicing yoga.
